Devlog#10 Assets, Marketing and Objectives


General

Big week for bug fixes and tweaking assets, Lani has updated the interior assets and textures made by Zen. 

Lani also worked on polishing the level, fixing the invisible walls and incorrectly scaled objects.

Objectives

What's a game without goals, work has begun on the objective systems. These are up and working, now it's time to plan some “fun” and definitely not terrifying tasks for the player to complete. Look out for what nightmares this little character will be put through in the future. These objectives should work to push the player into the story and help keep the player on track as they travel through this world.

Insanity

The insanity meter has been implemented into the game and now work on manipulating that and giving consequences will be very important for setting the mood in this game. Maybe things like distorting the screen, or a withered foxy jumpscare.

Texturing

Zen has been hard at work on the textures, finished up the textures for furniture models and added the textures to the interior cells. There have also been more models made for the fuel station, all the things cars need to get going.

Inventory

More great work has been done to the inventory with Grace completing another bullet sprite and a new script for interactable stuff to glow in the game, Always important to have.

Marketing

Work is in full swing to try and create stickers, posters and business cards to hand out. Grace has been working on the marketing posters and is rendering it out slowly. Lani has been working on sticker designs to hand out and we look forward to showing off these incredible designs.
